Our world is a place where there is global connectedness
and movement for change.

It is also a place where people are alienated
through greed, competition and abuse of power,

where women in particular struggle with unjust structures,
where self-esteem is low
and a sense of meaning and purpose is lost.

Therefore, now is the favourable time for us to be who we are
- an international congregation of Marist women religious
- convinced and confident

of our mission in Mary's name.
