Marist Sisters are involved in education on many levels and in many countries - pre-school, primary, secondary, tertiary and adult education. Marists believe that education in faith and for justice begins with a reverence for the freedom, right and power of individuals and communities to create a different life for themselves. Education at all levels is characterized by a family and community spirit and the recognition that to effectively take up one's role in life, one needs to have experienced one's innate dignity as a person: loved, accepted and trusted.
